I live inside the US, how long will shipping take?
We ship our opera glasses via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping is free and takes between 2 and 5 business days with up to an additional day for order processing at our facility. If you like, you may choose USPS Express Mail that will up to 2 days to arrive with up to one day processing at our facility.

I live outisde the US, how long will shipping take?
We ship our opera glasses via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping takes between 5 and 10 business days with up to an additional day for order processing at our facility. If you like, you may choose USPS Express Mail International that will take 3-6 days to arrive with up to one day processing at our facility. Note: Due to custom delays, and local post office delivery time frames, we cannot guarantee any arrival date on International orders. Typically orders are processed quickly by customs and we don't see any major delays. Packages however, can be held up for days and even weeks in some instances.

What type of batteries does the flashlight on the opera glasses use?
Our opera glasses use 2 very small lithium batteries, these batteries are included with the opera glasses, and should last for between 5 & 15 years depending on how often the flashlight is used.

Can I use these opera glasses with or without eyeglasses?
Each pair of opera glasses comes equipped with a center focus wheel, which will enable you to adjust the focus to a crystal clear view with or without wearing your eyeglasses.

We ship all of our opera glasses out within 24hrs. We will ship FREE via USPS shipping. Shipping is typically 2-5 days within the US. Overnight delivery is available at checkout  for a cost of $16.50 on any order regardless of size. Please make any request before ordering to Support@FineOperaGlasses.com.
Shipping on Our elegant line of Swarovsky Crystal opera glasses will take an additional 4-5 days because each pair of Swarovski Crystal opera glasses is made to order, As such, Please allow additional time for shipping.

What is included in your Lifetime Warranty?
We know that our Opera Glasses are the highest of quality and we know that you will be satisfied. If your Opera Glasses are ever broken or damaged, send them to us, and we will replace them free of charge.

What is included in your 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with your Opera Glasses and how they increase your enjoyment at the Opera or Theater or any other event, email us with the reason that you were not satisfied, and mail them back to us within 30 days of having received them; for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges.

What is your Policy on Canceling Orders?
You may cancel any order by notifying us at Support@FineOperaGlasses.com within 12 hours of placing the order, with the exception of our line of Swarovski crystal opera glasses. Each pair of Swarovski crystal opera glasses is hand made when an order is placed, therefore  you may only cancel an order of Swarovski crystal opera glasses within 6 hours of order placement.

Simply put, yes we do offer discount pricing on large orders, if you are planning placing an order of at least ten pairs of opera glasses for your event or even a special occasion, you may learn more by visiting our dealer info page and specify the items and quantities that you desire and we will give you a discount quote via email or phone within 12 business hours.
