In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

Lifetime Warranty
All items,  are warranted by Fine Opera Glasses.com. (Fine Opera Glasses.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s).) Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued by Fine Opera Glasses.com. Damaged or broken opera glasses reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects will be replaced or repaired by our customer assurance department.

Shipping within the U.S.
We ship all in stock items within 24 hours from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via USPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your location. We charge a flat rate of $0.00 for orders in the US. That is right. FREE SHIPPING! (in most cases it averages 2-5 business days  from the day that the order was placed for USPS Priority Mail Orders. (Alaska and Hawaii will usually take longer)  Please note that EMS Overnight Deliveries will take 24-48 hours the cost of this service is $17.23. All delivery times are posted as expected delivery times, and cannot be guaranteed, due to circumstances beyond our control. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Large orders, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 1 to 2 weeks weeks due to unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered.

We cannot offer free shipping on purchases of just one gift box. Please purchase a pair of opera glasses with your gift box, and we will be happy of give free shipping.

Shipping Outside the U.S.
We ship all in stock items within 24 hours from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via USPS and arrive at your destination within 4-10 business days through local mail services.The cost of shipping our opera glasses to Canada is a flat rate of $12.78 per order.  For shiping outside of North America shipping is a flat rate of $14.97. We also offer expedited shipping options for international orders at checkout at a price of $32.31 for Canada and $42.44 for outside North America.

Due to customs, local issues and other issues beyond our control, shipping may  take longer than 4-10 days. As such, we cannot guarantee shipping times outside of the US.

Shipping on Swarovski Crystal Opera Glasses
Each pair of Swarovski Crystal opera glasses are hand made when an order is placed, this process usually takes 48 to 72 hours, plus shipping. As such, please allow extra time for delivery when ordering from our line of Swarovski Crystal opera glasses. 

Taxes
Fine Opera Glasses does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Utah! If you order within the state of Utah you will be charged an additional 6.5% for sales tax.

Backorders
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 24 business hours of receiving the order to find the best resolution for your order.

Cancellations
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within the first 12 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email Support@FineOperaGlasses.com to cancel an order.
